Step 1: Create a New Course Deck
Open your
spaced repetition
app or platform.
Click on
"Create New Deck"
or similar option.
Enter a name for your course deck (e.g.,
"Biology 101"
or
"History of Art"
).
Save the new deck to begin adding cards.

Step 2: Download Course Notes
Locate your course notes in
Microsoft Word (.docx)
format.
Download or save the Word document to your computer.
Make sure your notes are organized with clear
questions
and
answers
for easy conversion.

Step 3: Upload Notes & Generate CSV
Go to the Copilot interface and select
Upload a file
.
Upload your Word document containing the course notes.
Request Copilot to convert your notes into a CSV file using
this template

Download the generated CSV file for import into your spaced repetition app.
