Your professor may decide to assign you a casebook, supplement, or quiz using West Academic on Canvas. If you have not already done so, please create an account on West Academic. If you purchased an eBook via West Academic already, you may have an account.

How to access West Academic Assignments:

  1. The best way to start off is to add your course book for the class and any quizzes listed to your bookshelf in West Academic.
    1. If you did not purchase the eBook, you can still access study aids and quizzes assigned by your professor but will not have access to the eBook.
    2. You DO NOT need to purchase the quizzes or books included in the West Academic Study Aids collection. If you hit a paywall for either of these products, please reach out to kgolsby@fiu.edu to troubleshoot.  
  2. If you are unable to load your materials ahead of time, you may click on the assignments from your professor in Canvas and West Academic will run you through the set up to add each item to your bookshelf if it is not already there.
