All Emanuel titles, such as Strategies and Tactics for the MBE, are available via Aspen Learning Library. You may access these titles one of the following two ways:
Library Catalog Search:
Go to the law library website and scroll down to "Search" toward the bottom of the page. Type in the title of the Emanuel book you'd like to find. For example, you could search for Strategies & Tactics for the MBE.
On the next page, you'll see a list of titles matching what you typed in. Click on "Available Online" and then "FIU Aspen Learning."
You will be prompted to log in using your @fiu credentials. After logging in, you'll have see the option to read your book.
eResource List: Locate the Aspen Learning Library in our eResource list. This may also be done for other databases in which you are certain you will find a particular resource.
