Set up a news tab in Lexis:

If you want to regularly view Law360 articles pertinent to Florida, log in to your Lexis+ account and follow the below steps to create a Florida tab in the Legal News Hub:

  • From the law school homepage click "Go to Lexis+"

  • Locate the vertical navigation menu on the left of your screen and click on "Legal News Hub" at the bottom of it.

    • The Legal News Hub Link includes an icon of a newspaper

  • At the top of the page you will see two tabs: "Home" and "All Sections" -- Click on "All Sections"

  • Scroll down to the part of the list under "State Specific Coverage" and select Florida.

    • This will automatically create a new tab between "Home" and "All Sections" which is only for Florida legal news.

Access legal news:

If you simply want to read the latest legal news available via Lexis, sign into Lexis and select "Legal News Hub" at the bottom of the menu to the left of the webpage. From there, you can select "all sections" to find Law360, Mealey's, MLex, and FTC Watch. You may also select state and topic-specific coverage within each publication. You may also wish to search the Legal News Hub and may do so using the search box at the upper righthand side of the webpage.
